All transactions on pk78 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfer are subject to the limits specified in the cashier. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification.
All pk78 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements specified at the time of offer. pk78 reserves the right to void bonus winnings if misuse, multi-accounting, or exploitation of promotional terms is detected.
Any attempt to use automated software, bots, exploits, or coordinated strategies to gain an unfair advantage on pk78 will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk78 ("pk78", "we", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pk78 website available at pk78.bio and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, dice, and crash games. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on pk78, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms are written in English and are intended for players accessing pk78 from Pakistan. If there is any conflict between an English-language version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use pk78. This requirement is absolute. pk78 enforces age verification through KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 18 will be immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned to the verified payment source where technically possible.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one pk78 account. Duplicate accounts may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without authorisation, contact pk78 support immediately.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and must update your account information promptly if any details change. pk78 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of account information.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your pk78 account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pk78 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
3.2 Account Activity. All bets and transactions made using your pk78 credentials are your responsibility, regardless of whether they were placed by you personally. If you suspect unauthorised activity on your account, notify pk78 support immediately and change your password without delay.
3.3 Dormant Accounts. An account that shows no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. pk78 reserves the right to apply administrative fees to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current dormancy policy. You will be notified before any fee is applied.
4.1 Currency. All pk78 accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk78 does not apply a currency conversion fee for PKR transactions. Any conversion costs for USDT or other non-PKR payment methods are governed by the applicable network or exchange rates at the time of the transaction.
4.2 Deposit Methods. pk78 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20, subject to eligibility and availability. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the pk78 cashier at the time of the transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a previous deposit to your pk78 account, subject to KYC verification. pk78 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are estimates and may be affected by banking and network processing delays outside pk78's control.
4.4 KYC Verification. Completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before processing any withdrawal. KYC typically requires submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back — together with a selfie holding the document. Additional documents may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
4.5 Fraud Prevention. pk78 employs fraud monitoring systems. Deposits or withdrawals suspected to be associated with fraudulent, money-laundering, or illegal activity may be frozen pending investigation. pk78 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on pk78 are subject to acceptance by the platform. pk78 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at its discretion, including where the acceptance of a bet would result in exposure disproportionate to market conditions.
5.2 Obvious Errors. If pk78 makes an obvious error in publishing odds, prices, or game results — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure — pk78 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. "Obvious error" means a material mispricing that a reasonable person would have recognised as incorrect at the time of placing the bet.
5.3 Match Integrity. Bets placed on events that are subsequently found to have been the subject of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corruption affecting the integrity of the event may be voided by pk78 at its discretion, regardless of the apparent outcome.
5.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on pk78. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may be adjusted by pk78 without prior notice.
6.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses and free bets issued by pk78 are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiple, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds applicable to each promotion are stated in the respective promotion's terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
6.2 One Bonus Per Household. Promotions are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise. pk78 reserves the right to revoke bonuses and associated winnings if abuse of promotional terms is detected.
6.3 Expiry. Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire in accordance with the terms of each individual promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
6.4 Modification and Withdrawal. pk78 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active promotions where reasonably practicable.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any pk78 content without prior written authorisation.
9.1 pk78 is provided on an "as is" basis. pk78 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk78 disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.
9.2 pk78 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if pk78 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 pk78's aggregate liability to any individual player for direct damages shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to pk78 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour waiting period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Players under self-exclusion may not circumvent the restriction by creating a new account; any such account will be closed and balances forfeited.

11.1 By pk78. pk78 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice and without liability. In cases of fraud, illegal activity, or KYC failure, associated balances may be withheld pending investigation.
11.2 By Player. You may close your pk78 account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets will be settled according to standard rules. Verified balances remaining after settlement will be returned to your registered payment method.
pk78 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via email or on-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of pk78 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to your use of pk78 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's licensing jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for resolution of any disputes. Nothing in this clause prevents pk78 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
